The Contractor will furnish all materials, labor, supplies, equipment, supervision and transportation for the inspection for and control of all pests [Integrated Pest Control Management Services (IPCMS)], such as, but not restricted to; roaches, ants, water bugs, rats, mice, skunks, rabbits, etc., on the grounds and in the buildings listed on the Task and Frequency Chart enclosed in specifications. The contract will include spraying of all outside entranceways into numerous buildings three times yearly, and will include all entranceways into connecting tunnels. The initial contract period will be from October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, with four (4) oner (1) year option periods. The SIC Code for this procurement is 7342 and the determination level is $5 million. This procurement action is not restricted and is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and will utilize FAR Part 13. Evaluation factors are included for Small Businesses in Hubzone areas, and for Small Disadvantaged Businesses.
