Presolicitation Notice: Sealed bids from all business concerns will be accepted for the White River National Wildlife Refuge Project RRP-WHR 10(1), in Arkansas County, Arkansas. This project consists of the construction of bridges at Big Island Chute, Prairie Bayou, Sandy Bayou, Brushy Lake Bayou, and Hogthief Lake Slough, the rehabilitation of the Cooley Slough Bridge, and road rehabilitation in the White River National Wildlife Refuge. The work will include bridge removal, embankment construction, placement of riprap, aggregate base, precast concrete piles, structural concrete for approach slabs, and overlay, precast concrete structural members, installation of bridge railing and guardrail, and miscellaneous work. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Bid documents are scheduled to be issued in the third week of September.
