Contract time is 200 calendar days. Roads H4, H4A, H4A1 and H4A2 are priority roads and shall be completed during the first 40 (forty) days of contract time. This is a Request for Proposals and offerors must respond to definite criteria. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00AM on August 10, 2000 at the Harrison Experimental Forest Headquarters. Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend this information meeting. A 20% Bid Bond is required to be submitted with proposal. Successful offeror will be required to submit a 50% Payment Bond and a 100% Performance Bond within 10 calendar days of written request by the Contracting Officer.
