Work includes site improvements, utility connections, interior walls, doors, windows, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and incidental related work. This solicitation contains options for: Option 1. Construction of parking lot for 10 vehicles to include grubbing, asphalt pavement with base and concrete drive approach and construction of retention pond. Option 2. Provide 16" x 16" ceramic tile in Command Meeting Room No. 7. Option 3. Provide restroom and shower No. 6. Option 4. Provide windows "A" on north and south walls of Command Meeting Room No. 7. The options may be exercised at the time of award or at a later date. The bids will be evaluated inclusive of the options. The SIC Code is 1542, General Contractors-Nonresidential Buildings, Other than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses. The size standard is $27,500,000.00. The estimated cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The estimated time for completion is 285 calendar days. Plans and specifications will be available as an electronic solicitation. No paper copies will be available. Potential offeror's and plan rooms must register on the WEB-Site. The entire solicitation, including drawings, will be available for viewing and downloading at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. The download time may be excessive. The official plan holder's list will be maintained and can be printed from the WEB-Site. Amendments will be posted on the WEB-Site for downloading.
