The intent of this contract is to perform Level III annual and deferred road maintenance on forest development roads on both the Carson and Santa Fe National Forests. Annual road Maintenance shall include; grading and shaping the road and shoulders, cleaning ditches, and cleaning out catch basins and culverts. Deferred Road Maintenance shall include grading and shaping of the road and shoulders; pulling ditches, cleaning catch basins, inverts, and interior of culverts; removing vegetation that overhangs the road of obstructs site distance and disposing by chipping slash, bucking firewood, and limbing merchantible timber, and cleaning and shaping of lead-out ditches.
