The work consists of re-lining two 1.1 acre cells with a geomembrane liner; lining a third 2.8 acre cell with clay, and the construction of a fourth 3.7 acre cell with clay lining. The work also includes construction of an inlet grinder station, metering manhole, inlet and outlet structures and lines, and a perimeter fence.
