NASA/SSC intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a radiographic film digitization system consisting of the following components: A lumisys 85 laser film digitizer. A digital acquistion and evaluation computer workstation containing the following: A Pentium III 600 MHZ (minimum), 32 Mb video card, 18 GB hard drive (minimum), CD-ROM writer to archive the radiographic images to CD-ROM, 3 Com V.90 Winmodem, Windows 2000. AXIS/FS software to film digitization, enhancement, and annotation software. Reference radiograph to meet the requirements of NUREG 1452, EPRI TR-107496, and ASME Code Section V for calibration of the film digitizer and software. Advanceed RT procedure for film digitization to meet the code requirements of NUREG 1452, EPRI TR-107496, and ASME Code V. Installation and set-up of the AXIS/FS system shall be at John C. Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. Offeror must also provide 40 hours of on-site training conducted by an individual qualified as an RT Level III and NDE instructor. A firmfixed price commercial contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR part 12 and sub-part 13.5. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
