This test cell is used for conducting performance testing of T58 turbo-shaft engines. Services shall include: modifying and adapting the T58 Test Cell analog and digital data display systems to include replacement of existing test cell engine monitoring systems and associated hardware and wiring to upgrade the test cell to an automated DADCS. It is anticipated that the type contract to be awarded will be a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Faxed requests for solicitation packages are desired. Provide Cage Code, Dun & Bradstreet Number, and Taxpayer's Identification Number with request. No telephone request will be accepted. The tentative closing date for this solicitation is 00 Sep 05. As of 01 May 1999 all Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database as a condition of contract award.
