The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS) requires 33 radiation hazard meters to be delivered to 32 different locations. The following minimum requirements must be met. Must be capable of detecting non-ionizing isotropic e-field radio frequency radiation hazards in the 2 GHz to 3 GHz frequency range with a dynamic range of 0.2 to 200 mW/CM92). There is no bid package as these are the only specifications. The award decision will be based upon the best value to the Government, with technical merit as well as price being considered.
