The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport plans to award a sole source purchase order to ECAD, ECAD Division of CM Technologies Corporation, Coraopolis, PA for the following PCI Test Cards: PCI-3232 PCI LCR Card -- 8 each; PCI-3432 PCI DMM/ Megohmmeter Card -- 8 each; PCI-3125 PCMCIA Time Domain Reflectometer Card -- 8 each; PCI-3332 PCI Switch Card. The Navy currently utilizes these items in the TR-317 Test Set. ECAD is the original equipment manufacturer of these test cards and the only known company with PCI test cards which are compatible with the developed operational software for the TR-317 Test Set. This is a sole source acquisition authorized under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Any company that believes it has the capability to meet the Government's minimum specifications may submit a proposal which must contain technical and cost data which shall be reviewed by the Government.
