B -- TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO THE U.S. ARMY ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER RANGE SUBSTAINMENT PROGRAM DUE 080700 POC Jackie Henderson (410)962-3529 The U.S> Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate with Gamma Engineering Co. for the following services which require the contractor to provide the necessary labor, materials and equipment to accomplish the task of: technical expertise in the coordination, establishement and operations of the RANGE XXI Range Sustainment Program, specialized technical expertise in UXO corrosion, geological and hydro-geological range assesment and criteria determination. The objectives of the services are to provide specialized technical expertise and support to AEC for the coordination, implementation, analysis and administration of Range XXI Range Substainment initiatives. All responsible sources may submit a proposal identifying their capability to respond to this requirement by August 7, 2000 which shall be considered by this agency.
