The Single Channel Anti-jam Manportable (SCAMP) Terminal Program, Contract DAAB07-96-C-A760, will be modified to include a new requirement for the implementation of software changes that will improve the Human Factor capabilities as well as the robustness of the SCAMP Terminal. Additionally, the implementation of a Software Engienering Change Proposal and the preparation of these changes is required. Additionally, contractor participation in meetings and reviewed to assess progress is also compulsory. Rockwell Collins is the only source who possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government's requirements.
