-- PROVIDE A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN. 0-400 SESSIONS PER YEAR. A SESSION IS
DEFINED AS A TWO (2) HOUR BLOCK OF TIME. THE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN SHALL
NOT EXCEED 15 SESSIONS (30 HOURS) PER WEEK. 2.)13 MONTHS THRU 24
MONTHS FROM DATE OF AWARD -- PROVIDE A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN. 0-400
SESSIONS PER YEAR. 3.) 25 MONTHS THRU 36 MONTHS FROM DATE OF AWARD --
PROVIDE A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN. 0-400 SESSIONS PER YEAR. 4.)37 MONTHS
THRU 48 MONTHS FROM DATE OF AWARD -- PROVIDE A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN.
0-400 SESSIONS PER YEAR. 5.)49 MONTHS THRU 60 MONTHS FROM DATE OF AWARD
-- PROVIDE A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN. 0-400 SESSIONS PER YEAR. (vi)THE
PHARMACY TECHNICIAN SHALL BE CERTIFIED -- EITHER BY JOB EXPERIENCE OR
STATE CERTIFICATION, OR COMPLETION OF A RECOGNIZED COURSE OF STUDY.
PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION WITH THE BID PACKET. WORKING UNDER THE DIRECT
SUPERVISION OF THE INSTITUTION PHARMACIST; THE TECHNICIAN SHALL BE ABLE
TO ASSIST IN THE PREPARATION OF COMPOUNDING, VERIFICATION & DISPENSING
OF MEDICATIONS. OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE THE ORDERING OF SUPPLIES,
RECEIVING SUPPLIES, INSPECTIONS OF DISPENSING AREAS, AND ORGANIZATION
OF REPORTS REQUIRED BY BUREAU POLICY & ADMINISTRATION. THE TECHNICIAN
WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH CONVICTED FELONS AND SHALL CONDUCT HIM/HERSELF
IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER AT ALL TIMES. THE TECHNICIAN AGREES TO ADHERE
TO ALL BUREAU RULES & REGULATIONS FOR THE SAFETY, CUSTODY AND CONDUCT
OF INMATES. THE TECHNICIAN SHALL REPORT ANY INFRACTIONS OF THE RULES &
REGULATIONS TO THE INSTITUTION HOSPITAL STAFF IMMEDIATELY. THE
TECHNICIAN SHALL ATTEND AN INSTITUTION ORIENTATION PROGRAM PRIOR TO
ASSUMING INSTITUTIONAL DUTIES. REIMBURSEMENT IS AUTHORIZED, PRORATED AT
THE CONTRACT RATE HOURLY. ALL THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY THE INSTITUTION HOSPITAL. (vii)SPECIFIC DATES AND
TIMES OF SERVICE SHALL BE DETERMINED AFTER CONTRACT AWARD. SESSIONS
WILL BE CONDUCTED DURING THE ROUTINE WORK WEEK, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY,
7:30 AM -- 4:00 PM EST. (viii)PROVISION 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO
OFFERORS -- COMMERCIAL ITEMS, APPLIES TO THIS ACQUISITION. (ix)AWARD
WILL BE MADE TO THE LOW, RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIVE BIDDER. (x)OFFERORS
