DSCC is a 500-acre Federal enclave located at 3990 E. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43216-5000. The Government requires the staffing of two (2) Nurse's Stations located at DSCC and the services of an Occupational Health Physician (OHP) located off-site but within a six (6)-mile radius of DSCC. The medical staff servicing this contract shall possess qualifications derived from an accredited learning institution and be appropriately licensed in the State of Ohio. The Occupational Health Nurses (OHN) must have at least two (2) years of full time occupational health nursing experience. The OHP shall have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and be licensed in the State of Ohio. The OHP must meet the certification requirements of the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Occupational Medicine.
