The VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina has the need for a contractor to provide community based outpatient clinic services to eligible veterans in the Wilmington, North Carolina and surrounding areas. Both primary care and mental health services will be needed. The contractor shall provide all space, supplies, personnel and services per the contract specifications. Clinic is to be located within either Pender, Bruswick or New Hanover counties. The contract will be awarded for a base year with two one-year renewable option years. Estimated number of patients to be enrolled for primary care services during the base year is 500. Estimated number of patients to be enrolled for mental health services during the base year is 140.
