space contracts for the 2001 Marine Corps Command and Control (C2)
Symposium at Marine Corps Base Quantico on May 8-10, 2001. The event
will attract 250 officials from around the country including IT
professionals from the Marines along with invited individuals from all
the armed forces. The first day of the program will focus on
situational awareness from an operational perspective with panels on
doctrinal and tactical issues. Day two will focus on the technical
challenges and perspectives of situational awareness. The conference
will include panel discussions on systems, training, and organizational
