D -- IMPROVEMENTS OF NUCSS AND OPNET MODEL ENVIRONMENT This is a notice of intent to award a FAR Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Items", sole source to BCSi, Inc. The items/services being acquired are improvements to the run-time performance of the NORAD-USSPACECOM Communications System Simulation (NUCSS) model and adjustments to the OPNET model in an effort to anchor the OPNET model to the BCCom++ model. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government.
