D -- ASSESSMENT OF ITW/AA SCIS ALGORITHMS USING NUCSS MODEL, AND ANCHORING OF NUCSS MODEL TO TPE This is a notice of intent to award a FAR Part 12, _Acquisition of Commercial Items_, sole source to BCSi, Inc. The items/services being acquired are as follows: Task 1 -- Assess alternatives to the current Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) Survivable Communication Integration System (SCIS) architecture using the NORAD-USSPACECOM Communication System Simulation (NUCSS) model and provide a detailed technical briefing showing the results of the assessment, Task 2 _ Upgrade the NUCSS model to the CY2000 ITW/AA vertical releases and provide a briefing showing the updated results. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government.
