There has been an update to the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) standard. The Phase I Survey will be prepared in accordance with the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM), E-1527-00, "Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessment: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process." Contractors are encouraged to consider and propose more than one site. The Phase I Survey is due no later than September 28, 2000.
