Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, management, and personnel necessary to provide Local Exchange Access Service at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, for the period 1 April 2001 through 31 March 2002, with four one-year option periods. Local exchange access service includes three direct-in-dial prefixes, commercial subscriber lines, analog trunks, and digital trunks. The commercial subscriber line basic service includes dial tone, direct inward dialing, direct outward dial, dual tone multi-frequency, equal access, call blocking for 900 and 700 numbers, operator assistance, non-published directory number, service disconnect with referral service, block direct assistance call completion, block third party billing, provide caller ID, block automation call return feature, and block '1010' dialing. The bid opening date is estimated. The solicitation will contain a firm opening date. For determining business size on this project, the Standard Industrial Code is 4813, and to be considered a small business under this code, a firm may have no more than 1600 employees. The FSC/Service Code is S113. Contractors wishing to do business with the Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) for any awards resulting from solicitations issued after 1 June 1998.
