The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office, Leavenworth, KS is soliciting for the following: Pest control services for the VA Medical Center, John Cochran Division, 915 N. Grand; VA Medical Center, Jefferson Barracks Division, #1 Jefferson Barracks Dr.; and the Veterans Outreach Center, 2345 Pine St., all in St. Louis, MO. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the surveillance, trapping, pesticide applications and pest removal components of the Integrated Pest Management Program at these locations. The Contractor shall provide detailed, site-specific recommendations for structural and procedural modifications to aid in pest prevention. All pest control shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, listed in the solicitation. The contract period will be for one base year, with 4 option years to renew.
