The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region has a requirement for constructing reinforced concrete structures and appurtenant features; furnishing and installing instrumentation; furnishing and installing fish screens and appurtenant features; and furnishing and installing a complete electrial system. The objectives of this Project are: (1) Complete engineering, risk assessment and failure analysis of the existing dam in its current setting from a hydrologic, static and seismic perspective. (2) Rehabilitating and strengthening of the dam to prevent catastrophic damage to the structure due to piping and/or internal erosion and to meet state-of-the-art dam criteria. The work is situated approximately 40 miles southeast of Klamath Falls, Oregon, in Modoc County, California. Site Visit: A Prebid Conference for prospective bidders will be conducted on August 23, 2000.The SIC Code is 1629 the IPDS Code is Y-211 and the estimated value of this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
