The contractor shall provide all supervision, materials, labor and equipment to perform the hereinafter specified work (demolition) at the Federal Building & US Courthouse, 46 East Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN. 46204. The Government will furnish and install a trash shoot from the 5th floor through to the 3rd floor and out a window and down to New York Street where contractor will locate trash dumpster. The project includes but is not limited to the following work: The work will be performed in two phases. First phase will be the 4th floor and the second phase will be the 5th floor. The building will remain occupied during the performance of this work. The estimated time it will take to complete this project is about 60 days. The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. The SIC code is 1795 and the small business size is $7 million. Proposals are due on or about September 6, 2000. The project is open to all business concerns.
