Work requires the renovation of approximately 1400 sq. ft. of research laboratory area which includes the removal and replacement of lab tables, cabinets and other lab furniture, fume hoods, drop ceiling, light fixtures and associated wiring. Mechanical renovation includes replacement of hot, cold and distilled water lines, the gas air and vacuum lines and associated mechanical finishes. The electrical renovation includes replacement of existing services lines into rooms. Solicitation DAMD17-00-B-0010 will be issued on or about 9 August 2000 and open on or about 8 September 2000.
