Services non-personal: To furnish all contracting and design services, plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, administration, supervision to prepare, landscape, and irrigate Bldg. 445 at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, Nevada. Contractor is to provide all necessary services to landscape and irrigate a military facility. Work shall include, but not limited to, the development of a landscape plan. This plan shall locate the proposed planting and irrigation plan, including all existing underground utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas, communications, etc.). A preliminary planting plan will be provided to the contractor by Base Civil Engineer. The solicitation number for this procurement will be F26600-00-R-C127 and is to be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 with a performance period of 30 days. The acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) is 1799 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $7 million. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. The solicitation will be issued on-or-about 11 Aug 00 and will at that time be available for viewing and downloading on the government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov.
