This solicitation is to provide construction of the lowering of Road 265 between existing culverts and Ryan Creek bridge, placement of a new culvert, lowering of the dike south of the Magee Airstrip, and installing J-hook veins. Work includes excavation of five J-hook veins. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, except those desinated as Government-furnished, and incidentals to perform all work specified herein.
