This project consists of preparation and painting exterior surfaces on five existing buildings at two locations in Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Maine. Base bid consists of refinishing approximately 12,500 square feet on one building. Bid options include refinishing an additional 16,000 square feet (approximate)on four other buildings. Surfaces to be refinished include: doors, trim, overhead doors, rough sawn sheeting, concrete masonry block, metal siding, metal roofing, and a small amount of concrete and piping. The estimated construction range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is issued pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and as such, is subject to full and open competition.
