This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Fire Fighter Equipment, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) compliant, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request for quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F04605-00-Q0223 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). March ARB intends to procure the items in the attachment. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors _ Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotations; (i) price (ii) technical (iii) past performance, offerors must provide a minimum of three references with same/similar type work that_s in the solicitation.
