This market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be constructed as a commitment by the Government. Current source for these services is Rockwell Collins, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52498. The services encompassed by this requirement include, but are not limited to, frequency management development, testing support, repair of hardware that is out of warranty, ect. Detailed technical documentation for hardware is not available from the Army.
