This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 00T0260 is issued as a Request for Quotation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Aquisition Circular 97-14. SIC Code for this solicitation is 3829 with a size standard of 500 employees. The folloing item is required. CLIN 0001 Radioscopy system, portable, digital X-Ray imaging without film or processing chemicals, real time, battery or line voltage, integrated control unit with panel image display, must be capable of acquiring, enhancing, archiving, and transmitting radioscopic images in the field. Imaging functions should include contrast stretch, zoom, pan and scroll, sharpening and smoothing. Safety: Less than 30 uRem dose per image. Cables: 60' long between Control Unit and Imager, 20' long between Imager and X-Ray source. Quotation should include rugged, lightweight shipping containers. 1 each system. System will be utilized by the Utah Air National Guard for the inspection of aircraft for nondestructive test applications. Delivery/acceptance FOB Destination UTANG Base, Salt Lake City, Utah.
