UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries intends to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type of contract from date of award through one year thereafter, plus two option years, if exercised. The item is TPE0843 -- Sealing Tape, Polytetrafluo-roethylene, sealing tape for basic material made from polytetrafluoroethylene film. The purpose is to macke ECWCS trousers for DSPC. The sealing tape shall be olive green 106 or camouflage green 483 and shall be cut from laminated material fabricated in layers. Maximum quantity is 1,500,000 yards for the first year with a minimum guaranteed of 888,700 yards.The second and third year (option) is a maximum quantity of 1,197,000 yards each. The minimum guaranteed for the second and third year (option) is 710,960 yards. The first delivery will be due within 60 days after receipt of delivery order placed agains the contract. Thereafter, each delivery will be due within 30 days after receipt of delivery order placed against the contract. All offers must be of a domestic Source, any offers of a Foreign Source will be rejected without consideration. First Article Testing is required. FOB Destination: FCI Manchester, KY.
