Annual Maintenance. The following additional specification are required for this contract (A) Contract to consist of a "time & Material " contract versus a fixed price. Service is to support any problems or changes to the customized version of our Solomon IV accounting/requisition system. Contract may include cost of travel fro technician if deemed necessary. (B) Provide two-hour response time if system crashes. Porvide eight-hour response to correct defiencies. (C) Interface with SWFLANT's ADP contractor, CST, to ensure solomon software is operationally compartible with SWFLANT'S local area network system (LAN).
