This work will extend previous approaches to seismic event location estimates in various ways, including 3-D modeling of near teleseismic and surface reflected arrivals and to implement algorithms for an operation environment. Additionally, to demonstrate and validate an approach using data and a high resolution, 3-D velocity model from a region of U.S. monitoring concern. This is a sole source procurement. See Note 22. Weston Geophysical is the only source qualified to perform this work. The preliminary research was performed by Weston Geophysical.
