The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to acquire additional Engineering Technical Support to provide increased level of effort for a term of two years. The predominant service to be provided requires the application of Audit and Examination expertise to include cost analysis, accounting and auditing. The tasking includes financial and management analysis, operational auditing, familiarity with accounting and /or financial reports, management reviews dealing with large programs, and audits to cover the full spectrum of Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program requirements. DTRA plans to award a sole-source modification to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Contract DTRA01-99-C-0069, McLean, VA, USA.
