The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is contemplating the award of a Sole Source Contract with the Tuskegee Human and Civil Rights Multicultural Center to provide an oral history study of the Tuskegee Syphilis Study Survivors. This study will include videotaping and transcription of interviews from all remaining study participants. It is believed that this contractor is uniquely qualified due to its extensive knowledge and first hand experience with the Tuskegee Program.
