It is the understanding of the government that these items can only be purchase exclusively from the suggested vendor. This announcement will be a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no other written solicitation will issued. The requested items are: 1) Modulated DSC 2920 Cell base. The modulated DSC is protected by five (5) different patents and is not available through other suppliers in the U.S.; 2) DSC Cell 2920 for RCS with accessory kit; 3) DSC refrigerated cooling system 120V/60HZ; 4) Hi-Res Auto TGA 2950 Thermogravimetric Analyzer; 5) Modulated TGA upgrade kit.
