This is a joint procurement with the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition and the National center for Toxicological Research. The following services shall be provided under the subscription database agreement: unlimited, concurrent and direct access to all FDA staff via Internet to a broad range of regulatory, legislative, legal, law, news, financial, biomedical and patent information. All information is updated daily and available by noon the day after it is published or announced. Unlimited access time, searches, stored searches, displays and printouts instead of hourly charges. Award is to be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
