Period of performance will be a base year with two (2) one (1) year options to renew. (If all options are exercised on this contract it will be in effect until September 30, 2003.) Offerors shall develop data, assess, and report information pertaining to educational and vocational guidance to veteran or dependents as follows: (a) histories; (b) assess skills, aptitudes, interest and temperament; (c) assess functional capacities and limitations; (d) assess any testing and/or transcript and its impact; (e) description of guidance services rendered; (f) recommendations for other needs. Multiple awards are anticipated with a minimum of one contract covering each geographical area noted in the Statement of Work. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated.
