The combined synopsis/solicitation previously published in the CBD on 17 April 2000 is deleted and replaced with the following: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number DADA13-00-R-0009 applies and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. The solicitation is issued as unrestricted with a SIC Code of 7699 and a size standard of 5.0 million dollars. The term of the contract shall be one year with four option years. CLIN's are as follows: CLIN 0001 -- Maintenance and repair of a Siemens Mobil MR system for the period 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2001; CLIN 0002 -- Maintenance and repair of a Siemens Mobil MR system for the period 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002; CLIN 0003 -- Maintenance and repair of a Siemens Mobil MR system for the period 1 October 2002 through 30 September 2003; CLIN 0004 -- Maintenance and repair of a Siemens Mobil MR system for the period 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004 and CLIN 0005 -- Maintenance and repair of a Siemens Mobil MR system for the period 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005.
