Missile Command (AMCOM), Directorate for Systems Acquisition (DSA),
Utility Helicopter (UH) Program Management Office (PMO) has a
requirement entitled "H-60 Fleet High Performance Hoist (HPH)
Refurbishment/ Overhaul/ Upgrade for the UH PMO". The HPH is a life
saving device used to raise and lower personnel from an aircraft. The
hoist is critical to the operation of the rescue and lift missions. The
contractor shall perform the following tasks to effect refurbishment or
overhaul of the HPH: update of the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement
(DMWR); overhaul of HPH components; initiation of a Product
Verification Audit (PVA) on the HPH Part Number (PN) 43205R-1 or
43205R-3, and upgrade of the HPH PN 43205R-3. Specifically, the
contractor shall provide all labor, materials, services, data,
transportation, equipment, and facilities required for providing a
complete range of technical data and services necessary to assure the
HPHs and components are refurbished, overhauled,or upgraded to a
Condition Code "A" as defined in Table C-1 of Department of Army (DA)
Pamphlet (PAM) 738-751. The basic contract will be a 12 month effort
from the date of award with options for 2 additional 12 month periods
exercisable prior to the end of the initial ordering period and each
period thereafter. The Government intends to award an Indefinite
Delivery Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price contract for the
aforementioned requirement. The Government intends to award on a Sole
