This is a sources sought synopsis of private sector and/or federal agency offerors capable of providing Maintenance and Repair of Automatic Doors at Andrews AFB MD. The Government seeks commercial terms and conditions and contract type(s), performance based statement of work, and commercial practices for Maintenance and Repair of Automatic Doors. Contractor shall provide all management, materials, parts, inspections, maintenance and repair services necessary to maintain automatic doors. Basic services shall include but are not limited to ensure automatic doors are maintained in accordance with manufacturer_s recommendations, operate safely and in proper working order, are clean, free of corrosion, perform emergency repair and unscheduled service calls, and return automatic doors to operational condition within specified time frame. Contractor shall develop and maintain a planned preventive maintenance program, quality control program, and a plan to accomplish service calls and requests.
