This Sources Sought Market Survey is seeking to identify potential suppliers for a Crew Compartment/Diesel Fueled, Air Heater, for the US Marine Corps, Family of Light Armored Vehicles. The heater is used for heating the interior of vehicles and defrosting windshields and windows. It is to operate independently of the vehicle engine. Upon installation, the heater shall be connected to the existing fuel supply system and electrical circuit of the vehicles. Responses to this Market Survey are due August 11, 2000. The Heater shall at least meet the following requirement characteristics and capabilities: Note: The following technical data has, if no limit is mentioned, an average tolerance of (+ or -) 10%.
