Separate all aggregate debris transported from the Contractor Storage Area. Stockpile soil and concrete separately (not asphalt) on Back 40 to become property of the Government. Crush concrete to 34 inch maximum size. Grind all landscape waste arising from the Contractor Storage Yard (not lumber) on Back 40 to 2 inch maximum size and stockpile on-site to become property of the Government. Remove all other debris arising from the Contractor Storage Yard (to include lumber) for off-site disposal. Report quantities in Cubic Yards (CY) and Short Tons of all aggregate material, recyclable material, and debris generated. Return the disturbed areas of the Contractor Storage Yard to grade. Add 4 inches of clean top-soil (NJDEP residential standard criteria) to the disturbed areas and hydro-seed.Removal of all stumps, debris, and aggregate from Runway _24_ clear zone and transport to _Back 40_ staging area. Separate all aggregate debris transported from the Runway _24_ clear zone. Stockpile soil and concrete separately (not asphalt) on Back 40 to become property of the government. Crush concrete to 34 inch maximum size. Grind all landscape waste arising from Runway 24 clear zone (not lumber) on Back 40 to 2 inch maximum size and stockpile on-site to become property of the government. Remove all other debris arising from Runway 24 clear zone (to include lumber) for off-site disposal. Report quantities in Cubic Yards (CY) and Short Tons of all aggregate material, recyclable material, and debris generated. Return the Runway _24_ clear zone to grade and hydro-seed the area (do not add topsoil). The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business. The solicitation package will be issued electronically on or about 28 July 00. The solicitation package will be posted to the Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov/.
