The Health Resources and Services Administration is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide assistance to the AIDS Drug Assistance Program Branch, HIV/AIDS Bureau, HRSA for new and in-progress program support activities for the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency (CARE) Act. The contractor shall: assist the Branch in both creating and maintaining activities currently in progress and outlined under the following three categories: 1) data processing, review, and analysis, 2) report writing and editing, and 3) developing and providing technical assistance tools and products.
