The contractor will administer the Army Community Service Relocation Readiness/Lending Closet Program at Fort Richardson, Alaska. Contractor will answer inquires from military personnel and family members regarding military and surrounding civilian community resources. Contractor will provide basic housekeeping items on a loaner basis for incoming and outgoing personnel and shall maintain all associated paperwork. Contractor will also be responsible for follow-up on overdue items, initiation of paperwork for collections from soldier's pay for lost items.
