The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to issue a Request For Quotations (RFQ) to furnish Title Commitments, Intermediate Endorsements, Curative, Closing & Escrow Services and Final Endorsements for National Wildlife Refuges (NWR) located in various counties throughout the State of Alabama. Offerors responding to this notice must be on the U.S. Attorney's List Of Approved Title Compaines and have have offices located within the State of Alabama. Contract performance will be Date of Award through December 31, 2000, with two one-year and two Limited Option periods. Issue date of the RFQ will be on/or about August 1, 2000. The FWS is currently using Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Request for Quotations and Purchase Orders. You must register in EC at web site http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
