The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals for the construction
and lease back of a new main post office. The USPS controlled site size
is approximately 23,200 sq. ft. The building size desired will be
approximately 5,075 of interior sq. ft. The selected proposal offeror
will be required to purchase the site currently under option to the
Postal Service, construct a Post Office according to plans provided and
lease back the completed facility to the Postal Service for a base term
of twenty (20) years. Minority-owned and Women-owned Business
participation is encouraged. Solicitation packages will be available on
or about July 17, 2000, provided for a non-refundable cost of $75.00
(Cashier's check, Money order, Company check, or Personal check, No
cash will be accepted.) made payable to Capital Consultants, for all
