This construction will consist of the utilization of clearing and grubbing, 35,290 cubic yards of foundation and outlet channel common excavation, 259,814 cubic yards of emergency spillway common excavation, 447,921 cubic yards of embankment earthfill, 330 cubic yards graded drainfill, 21,631 cubic yards of salvaging and placing topsoil, 3,375 linear feet of diversions, 130 cubic yards of concrete, 19,690 pounds of steel bar reinforcement, 220 linear feet of 42" I.D. concrete pressure pipe, 155 linear feet of 6" I.D. PVC plastic pipe, 60 linear feet of 4" I.D. PVC plastic pipe, 3,768 tons of rock riprap, 12,310 linear feet of barbed wire fences, 245 square yards of geotextile. There will be chisel plowing, disking, and hay mulching. Mechanical seeding, application of fertilizer, and sprigging may be a possibility with this contract.
