The work to be done is not limited to the following: Provide and installed new DeCA decor package through out the Sales area, construct administation offices, upgrade the lighting in the Sales area; complete replacement of the refrigeration equipment including the compressor racks, refrigeration piping, refrigeration monitoring control system; some HVAC, plumbing and associated electrical work is also required. This project also includes miscellaneous repairs as well as some hazardous material abatement. Phasing overall construction work will be required through the duration of the project to allow for full operation of the commissary. Proposed procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Bid guarantee is required.
