Patching will consist of deep patches and skin patches. On deep patches, existing asphalt will be removed and subgrade aggregate replaced prior to patching. Work is located on the Hebo Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Tillamook County, Oregon. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The successful offeror shall be required to submit a payment bond prior to start of work. Contract time is 30 calendar days.
